Carpet stretcher (Chertsey KT16)

Hi my carpet come out of the metal bit. Looking to borrow for a couple of hours a carpet stretcher. In the Elmbridge Runnymede or Spelthorne area. They £20 to buy so dont realky want to have the expense for a few mins use. Thanks
