Bread maker - needs belt (Gateshead, NE8)

Bread maker from Tescos. Number of years old but still works. Belt has snapped in base and I don't have the screwdriver needed to fix it. Bought a replacement. Burn flour is stuck on the inside, and grease marks on side of pan
