ACT brand Anticavity Fluoride mouthwash, 18 fl oz, alcohol free mint flavor, see photos. Sealed, never opened, but PLEASE NOTE, bottle says it expired 09/15. It was stored in a cool dry place, but I can't claim anything about its effectiveness 8 years after the expiration date. Pick up at my Bellevue home.
