Brood chamber for National hive (Golden Triangle NR2)

I'm thinking of doubling up the brood chamber in my hive, as the BC seems to be too full. I cannot take any frames out because they have welded them all together with propolice. So my thinking is to try to move them up to another BC then take the original away. Thanks
