Bike carrier for car (Stratton on the Fosse BA3)

I got this a couple of years ago but not used so it’s just been sitting in the shed. I haven’t got the instructions but I would guess that it’s a fairly standard bit of kit and info available online. Am here most of time so flexible about collection arrangements.
