Large freestanding Samsung fridge freezer- FREEZER COMPONENT DOESNT STAY COLD ENOUGH. That's why we are replacing it. Fridge works perfectly and freezer is probably a thermostat issue, as the fridge display says it's colder than it actually is, so the food is defrosting. If someone wants to collect and repair it, please let me know for Saturday or Sunday collection.
