This is a working scanner/printer with Wi-Fi connectivity. It uses 2 ink cartridges, which can be purchased, although there is ink in the printer currently. Included are an Ethernet cable and a printer cable. (Old) installation CDs provided, but newer software available from Canon website.
I used the printer recently with my 2022 Mac, but the scanner I couldn’t get to work on my 2022 Mac as the drivers weren’t available, it worked fine in the old one and might be OK with a windows operating system.
