Blender (hand or normal) (Westcliff SS2)

My partner and her son struggle with certain textures and we're having to use the foodbank at the minute due to financial issues. They give ingredients but I need a blender to be able to insure there are no lumps in our food for them. If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it thank you!
