HP Wireless Inkjet printer/scanner (Blacon CH1)

HP WF-2510 inkjet printer/scanner with a set of new cartridges

This worked perfectly at the time its owner passed away, over a year ago. In the meantime, however, the print heads have dried up

I've tried using the printer software to clean the heads, but without success, so the recipient will need to know how to flush out the system with a syringe and cleaning fluid. Please confirm this in your response, and supply a contact number
