Folding trolley (Castle Donington DE74)

Lightweight folding trolley. Has all wheels (found the last one after taking pictures). One rod is broken and has been mended (see picture). I suspect there should be spacers on one set of bolts at the bottom, they have to be very loose in order to fold properly.
