Ticking Clock (L12 West Derby)

Bit of a strange ask, I have a new puppy and have been advised that a ticking clock will help with him sleeping alone at night, I am looking for one that doesn't take batteries and ideally has a loud tick . Can collect at your convenience, thanks for reading
