2 seater sofa bed (Hove BN3)

A two seater sofa bed with fire labels. Not sure how to describe the colour [sand/beige]. It is 170cms wide and 95cms deep [front to back]. Both the cushions that you sit on have been replaced with new foam [cost £95]. The structure is in good condition. The fabric in fair condition. I usually have a throw over it. The sofa bed is very comfortable. I'm replacing it with another 2nd hand couch. Ideal for a small spare room if you need an extra bed.
