Peeling Women’s Leather Jacket (Johns Creek)

This may be a longshot but you never know on these forums! I have a women’s leather jacket, size large, that I thought was fine but in taking it out, it’s peeling very badly. There are parts where the leather is still intact and before I toss it altogether I thought I’d see if anyone is interested in taking it apart to salvage what they can, maybe for use in other projects. Chocolate brown with brown fabric lining. Non-smoking home, Johns Creek.
