working set top box (Bisley Road GL5)

Please does anyone have a working set top box with scart connections and a remote control. My tv is analogue but with the box it transcribes it to digital. My remote has stopped working and I have changed the batteries but it still does not work so I cannot use the set top box or the tv. Thanks for reading.
