Blood Pressure kit (Grangeway area NN10)

Please find a blood pressure kit - usb connective so make sure you have this on a socket otherwise it will not work.

Batteries are supplied - this enables the actual monitor but the cuff needs power from the usb.

It has a voice function which is American English which will tell you if your readings are abnormal

Take two readings the same time of day ...sit down for a few minutes and keep your arm at table/ heart level and relax - don't grip anything...don't be on the phone...listen to TV ...just have silence and relax.

There are no reading charts or instructions - slide the cuff on the left arm and so the tube comes out at the elbow. It must be secure above the elbow - not tight but secure.
