Flashlight only, no charger or holder. Circa 2011 and its been sitting for a long time with no charge. Battery is probably bad. To buy the 3 about $60 - $70.
If you already have this set then clearly good to take to see if the battery has life and invest $20-ish in a new battery. If not the investment of $40 - $70 should give you an excellent commercial flashlight.
I don't use flashlights often enough to fool with this and I have a variety of non-rechargeables already.
