Cool tool. Concrete base helps to keep the wood steady and stable. The tire prevents you from damaging your axe or sledgehammer if you mis-swing. We converted our fireplace to gas, not chopping wood these days!! BTW the wheeled moving base is not included. It's heavy so make sure you can lift it or bring along someone strong!!
