City of Toronto kitchen compost bin (Beaches area)

If anyone has a City of Toronto kitchen compost bin that is not needed/unused in good usable condition, I would appreciate it. Unfortunately , the city has run out of them for the year. Next spring is a long time to wait to buy a new one from them. Overloading (too much corn cobs and husks!) has led to severe cracking and has made it unusable since we like to hang it up on the cabinet door. Thank you very much!
