For Sale Sign (Bannockburn FK7)

I know it seems like a weird request BUT I'm attempting an outside theatre show for my niece and her friends. I figure a 'for sale' sign is the perfect size to adapt into an authentic (?) 'Theatre sign' - don't worry any personal details will be completely covered with over-the-top theatrical glitz (or that's how it looks in my head anyway).
