It's in perfect condition but, in the second picture, you can see two red rings. Those show where there should be a sort of raised arch of playthings for the baby. Unfortunately that is missing. It is not a structural defect, it is a missing toy. We used it for our two youngest grandchildren and they are now too old for it.
You can take it on a bus or in a car. You'd have trouble carrying it on a bicycle but you'd probably be ok on an adult tricycle with a back basket.
