Worked very well for my grandmother but has been packed away in its original box in the loft for the last 20 years. The transformer unit and cabling is missing so it would need an electrician to set you up with a new one. Hoping there’s someone out there with the know how to do that, otherwise I’ll have to take it to the tip which seems a shame as they cost over £1000 new!
