Metal ladder in need of refurbishment (New Costessey NR5)

Old rusty metal ladder, which needs complete renovation as in the state it is in, is not suitable to use for DIY. Or could be used outdoors to put plants on the steps. Might be useful for someone, otherwise going to the tip. Collection from NR5 area of Norwich (Costessey).
