Electric bath chair (cullompton exeter)

Don't care about colour ect just has to work,have a great friend and neighbor who constantly has slips and falls and calls on me to help him get back up, unfortunately ambalance won't come to help unless he hurts himself,far too busy, can't blame them,but I'm 67 and of I'll health myself and I'm finding it harder and harder to help,and I've seen these electric chair things and think one would be perfect to get him up, please help if you can, thankyou
