xmas bulbs and or cord (everett wa)

GIVE: 25 FT outdoor christmas light cord and box of bulbs(and extra bulbs). i think it needs new fuses? UNPLUG before changing light bulbs. otherwise you blow a fuse. we got new clear/plastic lights last year. im cleaning out xmas stuff. prompt easy porch pick up within 24 hours of gifting. thank you!
