78" Long. 26" Wide. 56"High. Does not fold up.
Has arms that go back and forth to work arms as well as legs and cardio.
It has 2 small wheels on the front to make moving it easier.
Currently the machine is partly disassembled in my garage.
You will need a large SUV/Minivan, or Van to transport it.
