Includes carrying case along with extra hoses, filters, reservoirs, ResMed Airfit P10 nasal pillow mask (used but thoroughly cleaned and with S, M, and L nasal pillows) with extra size L nasal pillows. SD card has been reformatted. It works just fine but I have upgraded to a P11.
