Electric heater (Knotty ash Liverpool)

Is anybody gifting a electric heater,it's for am old lady I visit,& apparently shes told me because she has solar panels it's cheaper for her to use of a day true I don't know .she's in L36,I can pick up for her . Thanks from both of us
