These phones were left behind by an acquaintance who left the state. They are like new.
For the Alcatel I do not know the code for unlocking the screen. I performed a full factory reset that seemed successful but still did not get past the Lock Screen. The second photo indicates the phone might be locked to the carrier (Verizon). Charges by USB C, but cable and charger are not included.
The iPhone SE has similar status, except there the issue is that it is tied up by activation lock and my acquaintance has no recall of her iCloud login info. I don't know its vintage or specs, but the third pic should give enough info to research it.
