glass flower rose wd3 (Heronsgate WD3)

I think they are called flower roses, I may be wrong. They’re for flower arranging. They’re very old and glass. I have never used them. Also an old bulb planting tool. Collection from Chorleywood WD3. Please only reply if you can state a collection time and date. Thank you
