Any wallpaper, paint. (Pudsey LS28)

After 8 years of being made to live in DISGUSTING CONDITIONS by leeds City council, I am finally moving. I am currently on benefits due to a medical condition and am in need of the following items,for my new home. Any wallpaper or paint you may have no matter how much or little it will still be appreciated. I want my new home to be a happy place to live. I am getting on in years now and don't want to move again ,so any help I can get will be very welcome. If you live in the bramley or pudsey area .I will be very grateful .thank you in advance.
