Poinsettia Plant needs rescuing! (Haywards Heath RH16)

Is there anyone out there who will rescue a poinsettia (or 'poncyetta' as my daughter called it!) from my neglect? This picture shows what it looked like when I got it about 3 weeks ago. Now it has only some of its red leaves left (the 'flower') but no green leaves. There IS still some life left in it though. Any plant-lovers out there willing to come to it's aid? Go on...you know you'd enjoy the challenge!
