Child's scooter (Neithrop OX16)

Child's red, black and white 'Mongoose' scooter, offered as a repair job: the front wheel needs fixing. I do not have the skills, but I'd like to pass it on to someone who does. I really don't want to just scrap it. To repeat: this item is not currently in working order, but when fixed, it should be a super little scooter for a child to race about on.
