Coleman event shelter (Stroud GL5)

We have an old Coleman event shelter - it is about 15 years old. and measures 4m by 4m. The frame is in perfect condition but the skin is tearing in a few places around the edge. It is no longer waterproof in heavy rain but it is fine in drizzle and provides good shade if it's sunny. Replacement skins for event shelters as old as this are no longer available. I can't take a photo of it as it is folded away in its bag and we don't have the space to unfold it or put it up
