Hunter wellies in black size 5 neoprene lined with splits in the rubber at the lower shin on one boot and splits in both soles. THEY ARE NO LONGER WATERPROOF.
They let in water through the soles if you go in puddles but they are still super warm with the neoprene lining so could still be useful to someone to keep their feet warm even when it’s not super wet. It might be possible to glue them.
