Would this landline based telephone be of any use to someone? It can connect wirelessly to your mobile and works during power cuts/blackouts. Has answering machine. Has 2 cordless handsets. It will need two new rechargeable handset batteries (one for each handset). Or just one battery if you chose to use just the one master handset.
* Please note, the power cords have Australian plugs, so you would need a UK adapter
