This can be used as a manual scooter by anyone up to 54KG but may need a bit of TLC.
This (was once and) could be converted back to an electric scooter with batteries /a charger and some soldering skills making them an efficient mode of transportation for short distances.
A pair of batteries (required for each electric scooter) can be purchased elsewhere for £30. A charger can be purchased elsewhere for approximately £15.
