I recently bought a vintage Bel yoghurt maker without instructions and cannot find any satisfactory ones on the net - many refer to other makes, not specifically for a Bel. If anyone has any suggestions and also a yoghurt thermometer which, apparently I also need, I shall be so grateful. I would like to make my own yoghurt so would be sad to let the Bel go…Thank you very much!
