2 paraffin electric heaters (Hove BN3)

Not working - probably just need a good clean - These heaters are over 10 years old - have been stored in shed for about 5 years -last year I put some paraffin in and started one of them up - worked fine but this year doesn’t fire up though does light up so electrics are working - have not tested other one - have instructions for one and some extra paraffin- ideal for someone a bit knowledgeable who can get working and use in greenhouse/shed garage - I originally used indoors while having building work done but there is a bit of rust - see photos.
