Babybub pregancy pillows. Didn't work for my wife, may work for someone else.
The zip broke on one of the pillow covers - so you can either put up with that, use another cover, or fix it.
We removed the stuffing on the smaller pillow to wash it, and the idea is also that you can add or remove stuffing as needed.
