Kids clothing (Hagerstown MD)

I am in need of little boys size 9/10(Medium) fall/winter clothing for my 7 year old grandson who stays with me. He had an unexpected growth spurt and now his pants are too short and so as his shirts. Thank you in advance to anyone who are able to help!!!!
