Vegetable chopper (Fulmer SL9)

Does anyone happen to have one of these vegetables chopper contraptions stuck in the back of a cupboard they don't use. I recently broke my arm and find using a knife quite painful and thought this my aid me. I have a mandolin slicer but I find that difficult to use and only slices. Thanks.
