Car dash cam (Hednesford WS11)

I am looking to see if anyone has an old or unused dash cam as my mom was recently on an accident and insurance couldn't determine who was at fault dispite witness said that my mom was not at fault thats why i need obe so that any further incidents are able to be recorded for her. This is the only accident she has had in 20 years. Thankyou to anyone who read this. Thanks
