Refrigerator and/or microwave (West Lakewood)

I need a smaller refrigerator, but no less than 17 cubic feet. And a microwave, at least one cubic foot (both for my basement). I need them to be in usable working order and relatively clean. I'd very much appreciate your help with either one!
