Any Working Desktop / Laptop (West Side (32304))

My laptop was stolen Feb. 25th. My old HP DC 7900 desktop was working when I packed it up last year. Subsequently, I gave my wireless keyboard and mouse combo to my sister a few months ago but she couldn't get them to work , neither could I. I can probably get the old desktop going but I need at least a keyboard. I'm trying to retrieve sentimental data off the SATA HD, hoping I have a copy there 0_0
