Wood Wine Box--Craftable? (OakBrook south of Yorktown)

Another craft idea that I never finished. Wooden wine gift box, would hold 3 regular size wine bottles. Has brass-colored latches and hinges. Rough wood (needs sanding), but good condition, and clean. Ruler included in photo for sizing estimations. Easy porch pickup in NW Oak Brook, south of Yorktown mall.
