Home made to fit a 29" wheel with quick release hub but has been used loads of times for truing and building up 20", 24" and 26" bike wheels. Has two bolts fitted which screw close to see where rim wobbles but I used yellow nylon cable ties which make a scraping noise when brushing against the rim without scratching the wheel. Simple and very basic but works well when held in a bench vice.
