It's model mg3650 (I think)
Takes Canon PG540 (black) and CL541 (colour) cartridges
The printer works...but...paper loading has got temperamental
I haven't used the scanner for a few years but to the best of my knowledge that still works
Comes with a power lead but no USB cable
There is ink in it, the black cartridge is fairly full, the colour one is almost empty.
It's wireless although I've been using it through the USB for the last couple of years
No instructions but they are available on the Canon website: Canon.com/is setup
