Old garden tilting parasol (Liphook)

Hello, big ask, looking for a tilting garden parasol my my 18yr old rescue cat. She was kept inside for 17 years. I got her last year and she loves being in the garden in all weather, all day. I had a parasol for her, but it got destroyed in high winds. It works to keep shored off her and stop her from overheating. Sorry for the long post
