They are about 1.5 inches high and definitely budding. We have a small rockery garden at the front of our house but the Spirea are completely taking over, so we want to put something in their place that’s not as prolific. Spirea are great for people who have a lot of area that they need to cover - they propagate quite well. If you need these, you are welcome to dig them out and take home with you. I don’t want to remove them until I know that they will be going somewhere to be replanted. However, if I don’t have any takers, I will have to dig them out in the next couple of weeks.
