Couch with fold-out bed (Central Parker, Clarke Farms.)

The couch is about 15 years old. It has been cleaned a few times in the past. There are no rips or tears that I can find. No stains. The trim is a nice nail-head. Would be great for a basement rec room, and also act as a back-up sleeping surface. It is heavy, and you will need to bring two strong people to move it.
